Data are presented as absolute volumetric mean ± SD. Comparisons were performed on intracranial vault-residualized volumes to yield the results in the table. Please note that there were significant ICV differences between males and females in general as well as for each weight group separately. Four subjects (1 lean female, 1 obese male, and 2 obese females) did not have MRI data.
