Adenovirus-mediated KLF-4 overexpression inhibits the TGF-β-promoted EMT in LA-4 cells. (a) PAI-1 mRNA level in the LA-4 cells which were infected with 1 or 5 multiplicity of infection (MOI) KLF-4-overexpressed adenovirus (Ad-KLF-4) or control adenovirus (Ad-Con) for 12 hours.
