Plasma Interleukin-37 Is Elevated in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis: Its Correlation with Disease Activity and Th1/Th2/Th17-Related Cytokines

Plasma IL-37 levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. At the time of recruitment, 19 patients were assessed as having active joint disease and the remaining 15 patients were in remission according to DAS28 scoring. At the time of clinical assessment for disease activity, blood samples were collected and plasma IL-37 was determined using a commercial ELISA kit. Data are expressed as the mean ± SEM. compared to the patients with RA in remission.
