Age ≥ 65 years, male, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, Killip classification (≧3), LAD as IRA, neutrophil count ≥ 9.14 × 109 /L, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, cTNI, upfront intracoronary GPIIb/IIIa receptor inhibitor, aspiration thrombectomy, platelet counts, WBC counts, HGB, time from symptoms onset to reperfusion (>6 hours), multivessel disease, and initial TIMI flow grade (0-1) were included in the multivariate analysis.
