SNHG3 promotes cell proliferation in NSLSC cell lines A549 and H1299. (a and b) The overexpression of SNHG3 in NSLSC cell lines A549 and H1299 was measured by RT-PCR. (c and d) Cell proliferation analysis was performed with the CCK-8 assay in A549 and H1299 cells. Cells transfected with SNHG3 were seeded into a 96-well plate at 5000 cells/well.
