Upregulation of the Long Noncoding RNA SNHG3 Promotes Lung Adenocarcinoma Proliferation

<div>SNHG3 promotes cell cycle in NSLSC cell lines A549 and H1299. Cell cycle assay was performed in H1299 and A549 cells. Cells were transfected with SNHG3 for 48 h, stained with PI, and evaluated with a FACScalibur flow cytometer. Overexpression of SNHG3 decreased the percentage of cells in the G1 phase and increased the percentage of cells in the S phase compared to the negative control.
