Investigation of Key Genes and Pathways in Inhibition of Oxycodone on Vincristine-Induced Microglia Activation by Using Bioinformatics Analysis

<div>The effect of oxycodone on expression of related mRNA in primary microglia induced by vincristine. qRT-PCR was performed to test the expression of Cxcl10, Cxcl9, Irf7, SFRP2, and PF4 mRNA. And the GAPDH was used as the endogenous “housekeeping” control gene.
