Glucose-Regulated Protein 94 Modulates the Response of Osteosarcoma to Chemotherapy

<div>The role of GRP94 in chemotherapeutic resistance. The scrambled control and GRP94-KD OS (MG63 and 143B) cells were treated with different doses of (a) paclitaxel (0–600 ng/mL), (b) gemcitabine (0–40 <i>μ</i>g/mL), or (c) epirubicin (0–2 <i>μ</i>g/mL).
