Presence of Circulating miR-145, miR-155, and miR-382 in Exosomes Isolated from Serum of Breast Cancer Patients and Healthy Donors

miR-145, miR-155, and miR-382 in exosomes. Expression levels of serum exosomal miR-145 (a), miR-155 (b), and miR-382 (c) in healthy donors and BC patients were determined by qRT-PCR. miR-16 was used as an endogenous control. All qRT-PCR reactions were performed in triplicate, and values are presented as . Since the data were non normally distributed, Kruskal-Wallis followed by Mann-Whitney test was performed; [5 healthy donors, 5 BC patients per BC stage (I-IV)].
