The combination of miR-200c, miR-210, and miR-143 could discriminate MPM from a range of adenocarcinomas. (a) The expression of miR-143, miR-200c, and miR-210 in MPM and a range of adenocarcinomas were measured by qRT-qPCR. MicroRNA expression was normalised to RNU44 and 48, expressed as 2^–ΔCT, and plotted on a logarithmic scale.
