<div>Results showing the performance of the CTC isolation microfluidic chip integrated with microvalves in colorectal cancer patient samples and healthy donors. The sample usage for CTC counts was normalized to 2 mL. CTC enumeration following antibody labeling was performed manually. EpCAM+/CD45-nucleated cells were identified as CTCs.</div>
