KIF23 Promotes Gastric Cancer by Stimulating Cell Proliferation

<div>KIF23 was adequately depleted in two types of human gastric cancer cells. (a) Results of the qRT-PCR assay showed that the expression level of KIF23 was sufficiently knocked down in the MGC-803 and SGC-7901 gastric cancer cells, respectively. (b) Results of the western blot assay revealed that the KIF23 gene was efficiently silenced in MGC-803 and SGC-7901 cells.
