Correlation analysis from TCGA samples indicates that ABHD2 (α/β-hydrolase domain-containing 2 (b)), SEL1L (adaptor subunit of ERAD E3 ubiquitin ligase (c)), and C1ORF26 (SWT1 RNA endoribonuclease homolog (d)) are the most correlated genes with mTOR.
