Effects of Escin on Oxidative Stress and Apoptosis of H9c2 Cells Induced by H2O2

Escin inhibited apoptosis of H9c2 cells. (a) The expression of Bcl-2 in the H2O2 treatment group decreased significantly but increased in the H2O2+escin group. Bax expression was opposite to Bcl-2.
