CME suppressed the LPS-induced phosphorylation of I-B in RAW 264.7 cells. The cells were pretreated with CME at various concentrations for 1 hour and then with LPS for 30 minutes. The cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting for the detection of the phosphorylated form of I-B. * indicates an increase in protein relative to the control (), ** indicates a decrease in protein relative to the LPS group ().
