Effect of LIEAF on the nuclear morphology of Ca Ski cells. Ca Ski cells were incubated in the absence (a) or presence of 500 μg/mL LIEAF for 24 hours (b). The cells were stained with DAPI and examined by fluorescent microscopy. Arrows showed signs of nuclear shrinkage and chromatin condensation. Magnification is 400x.
