Effect of LIEAF on the cellular DNA of Ca Ski cells. Ca Ski cells were treated without (control) or with 500 μg/mL of LIEAF for different time. The DNA strands breaks (DNA damage) were measured using a TUNEL assay kit as described in method. Positive TUNEL staining was shown by the M2 region which is the region where cells stained with FITC-conjugated anti-BrdU antibody. Histograms are representative of three separate experiments.
