Thujone-Rich Fraction of Thuja occidentalis Demonstrates Major Anti-Cancer Potentials: Evidences from In Vitro Studies on A375 Cells

Cells were stained with DAPI ((a)= control, (b)= TOΦ, (c)= 50 μg mL–1 (d)= 100 μg mL–1, (e)= 200 μg mL–1) and viewed using fluorescence microscope (10× magnification). Photographs demonstrate brightly stained apoptotic nuclei in TRF-treated cells. Note that the number of apoptotic nuclei was increased with the increasing concentrations of TRF where no or negligible number of apoptotic nuclei was observed in the control cells.
