Effect of Tan IIA or STS on the growth of BT-20 breast cancer cells. (a) BT-20 cells were treated with 2, 10, 25, and 50 μg/mL of Tan IIA or STS for 72 h. The cell growth was determined by WST-1 assay. (b) BT-20 cells were treated with 2, 10, 25, and 50 μg/mL of Tan IIA or STS for 24 h or 48 h. The ratio of apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry.
