GSH depletion analysis of PO and VV protein extract-treated SW480 cells. SW480 cells were exposed to PO and VV protein extracts (100 g mL−1) for 24 h. After treatment, the cells were incubated with 25 M CMF-DA for 30 min in a C CO2 incubator and fluorescence was then measured with a flow cytometer. Data in each panel represent the percentage of GSH-depleted cells with respect to the total cells. The values shown are means ± SD (n = 5–8). (significant differences from the untreated group).
