Effects of THL on the cell-cycle distribution of NB4 cells. The cell-cycle distributions were analyzed in the flow cytometric analysis histograms of THL (1.5 mg/mL)- or ATRA (0.25 μM)-treated NB4 cells after 24 and 48 h of treatment. THL induced G2/M arrest in NB4 cells, in contrast to the ATRA-induced G1 arrest. The percentages of cells in different phases of the cell cycle are listed in Table 1.
