Effects of cordycepin on cell viability of MA-10 cells. Cells (5000 cells/well) were treated with different concentrations of cordycepin (0.01–5 mmol/L) for 3 h (a), 6 h (b), 12 h (c) and 24 h (d), respectively, and cell viability was quantified by MTT test. Results are expressed as percentages of cell growth relative to initial number of viable cells in controls (as 100%).
