Effects of NNMBS275 on HO-1 expression in BV2 microglia (a and b) and HT22 (c and d). BV2 microglia and HT22 cells were incubated for 12 h with indicated concentrations of NNMBS275 (a and c) and periods with 200 μg/mL of NNMBS275 (b and d). The HO-1 inducer CoPP, increased HO-1 expression at 20 μM (a and c). Western blot analysis for HO-1 expression was performed as described in Section 2, and representative blots of 3 independent experiments are shown.
