The Inhibition of Spinal Astrocytic JAK2-STAT3 Pathway Activation Correlates with the Analgesic Effects of Triptolide in the Rat Neuropathic Pain Model

The effects of intrathecal triptolide on motor performance in the rotarod test in normal rats. The intrathecal administration of triptolide (3, 10, or 30 μg/kg) did not have an effect on motor performance relative to the baseline response. The results are expressed as a percentage of the baseline values. Each group consisted of six rats.
