Inhibition of proliferation, migration and invasion of endothelial cells after treatment with EENL. HUVECs were treated for 24 hours with 10.0 to 80.0 μg/mL of EENL or vehicle as control. (a) The antiproliferative effect of EENL was evaluated using the MTS viability assay. (b) Cell migration and invasion were assessed using fibronectin and Matrigel-coated FluoroBlock 24-multiwell insert plates, respectively.
