Effects of KA-acetoxy (100 μM, 300 μM, or 1 mM) on transient contractions induced by phenylephrine (10 μM) and caffeine (20 mM) in Ca2+-free Tyrode’s solution in isolated rat mesenteric rings without the endothelium. Values are expressed as means ± SEM of six experiments. The data were analysed by one-way anova followed by the Bonferroni post-test.
