Effect of hispolon on CCl4-injected the activation of iNOS (a) and COX-2 (b) in rats. The relative intensities were evaluated by iNOS and COX-2 (c) proteins with the use of the Kodak Molecular Imaging software. β-Actin was used as internal control for equal loading of proteins.
