EA at CV4 and CV12 caused similar enhancement of local connectivity in ventral medial prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate cortex and the decreased local connectivity in primary somatosensory cortex and visual cortex. No significant difference was found between two acupoints. (for CV4, 𝑛=20, for CV12, 𝑛=18, 𝑟>0.25, 𝑃<0.05).
