BFE inhibited p38, but not p42/44 or JNK MAPK in LPS-stimulated BV-2 microglia. Lysates from LPS-stimulated microglia were analysed using ELISA for phospho-p38, phospho-42/44, and phospho-JNK. Data were analysed using one-way ANOVA for multiple comparison with post-hoc Student Newman-Keuls test. in comparison with LPS control.
