Effects of EBNE on AP-1, NF-κB, or CRE promoter. hADSCs were transfected with AP-1 (a), NF-κB (b), or CRE (c) luciferase reporters. After transfection, the cells were cultured with 2,000 ppm EBNE for 24 h, and then the luciferase assays were performed.
