Cytotoxicity of AE-SN and docetaxel cotreatment in human endometrial cancer cells. (a) HEC1A cells. (b) HEC1B cells. (c) KLE cells. Tested cells were treated with serial doses of docetaxel from 0 to 100 nM together with 0, 0.2, or 0.5 mg/mL AE-SN for 48 hr. Cell cytotoxicity was determined by MTT assay and presented as .
