Biphasic effects of GJH on cell viability in 786-O cells. Cells were incubated with GJH (1–100 mg/mL) for 24 h. The viability of cells was determined by MTT assay. Low concentrations (1–10 mg/mL) of GJH increase whereas high concentrations (>10 mg/mL) repress cell proliferation. The mean (SD) is shown from at least 3 separate experiments. ***.
