Resveratrol increased BDNF and GDNF production in the culture medium. The production of BDNF and GDNF in the supernatant of primary neuron-glia cultures after resveratrol treatment for 48 h was measured by ELISA (a). Twelve, 24, 36, 48, 72, and 96 h after resveratrol (100 M) treatment on the first day, the release of BDNF and GDNF in the culture medium was detected by ELISA (b). Results were the mean ± SEM from three independent experiments performed in triplicate. compared with the control cultures.
