The chemical structure of cucurbitacin E and its effects of cell viability on human bladder cancer T24 cells. Cells were treated with different concentrations of cucurbitacin E for 24 h (a) and 48 h (b) and then cells were harvested for calculated the percentage of viable cells as described in the Materials and Methods.
