Effect of PLAB and colchicine (Reference drug) on G2/M phase cell cycle regulators in U87 glioblastoma cells. U87 glioblastoma cells were treated with 10 μM PLAB and 3 μM colchicine for 24 h. Total cell lysates and polymeric tubulin were extracted as described in Materials and Methods section. The expressions of polymeric tubulin, cyclin B1, and CDK1/Cdc2 were analyzed by Western blot analysis.
