The effects of the Fas antagonistic antibody and transient transfection of FADD siRNA on cell viability in CCRF-CEM cells. (a) Cells pretreated with the Fas antagonistic antibody, ZB-4, were incubated with baicalein for 24 h, after which the cell viability was determined by the MTT assay. The data are presented as the mean ± SD in triplicate wells. Similar results were obtained in two independent experiments. *, compared with the baicalein only group.
