Effect of Eugenia uniflora essential oil (400, 200, 100, 50, 25, 12.5, 6.25, and 3.12 μg·mL−1) or amphotericin B (Amph) (2 μg·mL−1) on Leishmania amazonensis promastigotes. Cultures of log-phase promastigotes () were incubated at 26°C for 24, 48, and 72 h in different essential oil concentrations.
