Effect of argan oil on the (a) tyrosinase (Tyr), tyrosinase-related protein 1 (Trp1), and dopachrome (Dct) and (b) microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (Mitf) mRNA expressions quantified using TaqMan real-time PCR. B16 melanoma cells were cultured in 100 mm dish at a density of cells/dish and treated without (Con) or with 1/1000 v/v argan oil and incubated for 24 h prior to total RNA extraction.
