Effects of AIMs on β-catenin and phosphorylation of serine-9 in glycogen synthase kinase-3β (GSK-3β). (a) Cells (5 × 104 cells) were either left untreated or pretreated with AIMs (25–400 μg/mL) for 24 h. (b) Cells (5 × 104 cells) were either left untreated or pretreated with AIMs (400 μg/mL) for 24 h and then were exposed to TNF (10 nM) for indicated times.
