Effects of R. rosea constituents on L-glutamate toxicity in cultured cortical cells. Neurons were treated by R. rosea constituents (1, 10, 50 μg/mL) with L-glu (60 μM) for 18 h. Neuronal toxicity was measured by using LDH assay. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA for multiple comparisons and Student-Newman-Keuls test as post hoc test.
