Effect of tyrosine phosphatase inhibition on okadaic-acid-induced lipolysis in rat adipocytes. Cells were incubated with okadaic acid (1 μM) in the absence or presence of vanadyl acetylacetonate (300 μM) for 2 h at 37°C. The medium was collected and glycerol release was determined. ^∗𝑃<0.01 and ^∗∗∗𝑃<0.001 compared to the DMSO-treated group, ^###𝑃<0.001 compared to the okadaic-acid-treated group.
