Effect of tyrosine phosphatase inhibition on okadaic-acid-induced lipolysis in rat adipocytes. Cells were incubated with okadaic acid (1 μM) in the absence or presence of vanadyl acetylacetonate (300 μM) for 2 h at 37°C. The medium was collected and glycerol release was determined. and compared to the DMSO-treated group, compared to the okadaic-acid-treated group. Vanadate: vanadyl acetylacetonate.
