Gan-Lu-Yin Inhibits Proliferation and Migration of Murine WEHI-3 Leukemia Cells and Tumor Growth in BALB/C Allograft Tumor Model
GLY affects cell viability and cell cycle distribution in WEHI-3 cells. WEHI-3 cells were incubated with various concentrations (0.25, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/mL) of GLY containing 10% FBS for 24 h treatment. The percentage of cell viability was calculated according to the values of control group (10% FBS-treated group) as 100% (a). The distribution of cells undergoing various phases of the cell cycle was determined in WEHI-3 cells treated with 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 mg/mL GLY for 24 h (b).
