Effect of GLY on WEHI-3 migration was measured by transwell assay. Cells were incubated with various concentrations (0, 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 mg/mL) of GLY for 4 h and were measured by the transwell assay as described in Materials and Methods ((a) 0 mg/mL group, (b) 0.25 mg/mL group, (c) 0.5 mg/mL group, and (d) 1 mg/mL group). The pictures were taken under a microscope at 200x magnification, and the migrated cells were calculated. * indicates as compared with control group (0 mg/mL). Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three separate experiments (e).
