The Inhibitory Effect of 3β-Hydroxy-12-oleanen-27-oic Acid on Growth and Motility of Human Hepatoma HepG2 Cells through JNK and Akt Signaling Pathway

Figure 5

Effect of 3β-hydroxy-12-oleanen-27-oic acid (ATA) on cell cycle distribution in HepG2 cells. After treatment with ATA at the concentrations of 0, 5, and 10 μg/mL for 48 h, the cells were collected and stained with propidium iodide (PI), with fluorescence intensities measured by flow cytometry. The histogram demonstrated the percentage of cells in various phase in HepG2 cells treated with ATA. The values are presented as means ± SD for three independent experiments. Significant differences with 0 μg/mL were designated as * , ** , and *** .
