Changes in protein expression of β-catenin, COX-2, and caspase 3 in the model and control groups and in the groups treated for 24 h with 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, and 200 mg/kg M. exotica. Western blot was used to determine changes in protein expression. These data were representative of results obtained from the analysis of three independent experiments. Data were presented by mean ± standard deviation of 4 replicates. as compared with model.
