Effect of A. satureoides hydroalcoholic extract on leukocyte-endothelial interaction in vivo. Animals received orally (1) sham (surgical manipulation without treatment), (2) vehicle (PBS/ethanol 10%), or (3) A. satureoides (100 mg/kg). After 1 h, LPS from E. coli 026:B6 (30 μg/40 μL) was applied topically into the mesenteric network, and the number of rolling and adherent leukocytes was quantified. (a) Number of rolling leukocytes.
