EA had no significant effect on the cerebral blood flow in the non-ischemic cortex at different acupoints. Blood perfusion (PU), concentration of moving blood cells (CMBC), and velocity of blood cells (Velocity) were measured in the non-ischemic rats by a laser Doppler perfusion monitor system.
