The effects of Tetrandrine (Tet) on chondrocyte proliferation as determined by the MTT assay. Chondrocytes (8,000) were initially plated in each well of a 96-well plate and treated with Tet at 0, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 mg/L. At 24 h, the number of viable cells was measured by MTT assay.
