WEDC suppresses RANKL-induced activation of ERK and NF-κB in BMMs. BMMs were pretreated with or without WEDC (50 μg/mL) for 3 h and then stimulated with RANKL (100 ng/mL). Total cell lysates were prepared at the indicated time points and then analyzed by Western blot analysis with the indicated antibodies. β-Actin was used as a loading control.
