Inhibition of accumulation of lipid droplets by brazilein in 3T3-L1 cells. (a) Differentiated 3T3-L1 cells were treated with brazilein (5 μM) for eight days. Lipid accumulation was measured by Oil Red O staining. Photomicrographs present Oil Red O staining of differentiated cells that were treated with brazilein.
